For pastors, imams, counsellors and group leaders

A private way to offer help, without anyone being exposed.

Helmkind gives your community a private way to get help with an unwanted sexual habit, such as porn use. Nobody in your community, and nobody at Helmkind, can see who uses it. You are offering help without asking anyone to raise a hand.

What is Helmkind?

An app for adults who want to change a private sexual habit. Five minutes a day, a three-minute tool for the hard moment, and an optional daily reflection in the words of their own tradition.

What is it not?

It is not counselling or treatment, and it does not replace pastoral care. It says so in the app, and it tells people when to seek professional help.

What does it cost?

The tools for the hard moment are free. Membership adds the full course. Supported places are available to anyone who cannot pay. We do not sell codes to communities.

What should I say?

"Many of us carry a private habit we would like to change. This helps, kindly and privately. Nobody here will know."

Avoid labels for people, avoid suggesting who might need it, and avoid promising results.

What will we hear back?

Nothing about any person, ever. If 20 or more people from your community use it, we can tell you the total, if you ask.

Is there a paragraph for our notice sheet?

Many of us carry a private habit we would like to change, and most people try alone. Helmkind is an app for adults that helps: five minutes a day, a free three-minute tool for the hard moment, and an optional daily reflection that starts from mercy. It never asks for your name, email or phone number, and nobody in this community can see who uses it. Search "Helmkind" in your app store.
