Faith in Helmkind is optional. Choose a Christian reflection, a Muslim reflection, one shaped by your own tradition, or keep it general with no daily reflection. You can change or switch it off at any time, and everything else stays the same.

Does it use guilt or fear?
No. Every reflection starts from mercy. Feeling that you acted against what matters to you can point to your values; feeling worthless is not useful, and it is not true.
Who writes the reflections?
Each pathway is reviewed by people from that tradition. A reflection that has not been signed off is never shown, and a pathway is only offered once its first month is signed off.
